Studio Essentials & Policies

  • Community Heroes Discounts: We engage a 20% discount on retail products for all:

    • Active and retired Military personnel

    • First Responders - Fire Fighters, Paramedics, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), and flight nurses/medics.

    • Uniformed Law Enforcement - Police officers, sheriff's deputies, state troopers, and federal agents, 911 dispatchers and operators.

    • Public and Private Education Teachers and Professors - Require in-person, valid school ID badges, pay stubs, or state teaching licenses, which confirm employment at public/private K-12 or higher education institutions.

  • ALL memberships include one FREE gift from our retail store in celebration of your birthday.

  • Freeze Option: Life happens. Member may pause your membership for up to 3 months per year for just $25/month.

  • Cancellation: We request a 30-day notice for all cancellations to ensure a smooth transition. Please provide written confirmation of intent to cancel memberships to info@themuvestudios.com.
