Our Story

MuVe Studios was built on the belief that movement has the power to transform — not just bodies, but mindsets and communities. MuVe was created to be a home for people who want to feel good, push themselves, and connect with something bigger than a single workout.

We saw a need for a space that was elevated without being exclusive — a studio that felt premium and welcoming at the same time. A place where every client, from their very first class to their hundredth, feels seen, challenged, and celebrated. That is the experience we set out to build, and it is the standard we hold ourselves to every day.

Our Classes

MuVe offers seven class formats across four disciplines — each available in a full 50-minute session or a 30-minute Express format for those short on time. Every class is designed to challenge, energize, and leave you feeling better than when you walked in.

  • Flow, breath, and mindful movement for all levels.

  • Strength from the core.

    This full-body, low-impact class focuses on controlled movement, alignment, and breath to build deep core strength and total-body stability. Expect slow, intentional exercises designed to lengthen, tone, and sculpt while improving posture and flexibility.

  • Yoga Sculpt blends traditional yoga with strength training for a full-body, low-impact workout that builds heat, endurance, and lean muscle. Expect a dynamic flow paired with light weights, resistance, and controlled, intentional movement.

  • This high-intensity interval training class is designed to push your limits and maximize results. Expect bursts of explosive movement paired with short recovery periods to boost endurance, build strength, and burn calories long after class ends.

New to MuVe? Enjoy unlimited classes for 10 days for just $70. Take as many classes as you would like in ten consecutive days.

Plus, our Express 30-minute classes are the perfect starting point — a lower-stakes way to experience the format and find your rhythm before stepping into a full session.
